Have you tried to checked with the original sender, if this is an isolated case or it's happening to others as well. Then it would fix the format of the received email. There's a possibility that the issue is caused by the way the original email was sent, example is when the original sender sent it as Plain Text, then the receiver who's forwarding the email has Outlook configured to send new and forwarded emails as HTML, Let's try to address your concern regarding the missing contents from an email that your colleague is receiving.
